Quick Rainbow Salad recipe - How to make Quick Rainbow Salad

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

4-5 lettuce leaves , roughly chopped
1/2 cup chopped purple cabbage
1/2 cup peeled and finely chopped cucumber
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup blanched broccoli florets
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow zucchini
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
4 tsp lemon juice
finely chopped coriander (dhania)
  1. Take a big bowl and mix up all the ingredients.
  2. Garnish the salad with coriander.
  3. Serve immediately.
