Quick Paneer Chopsuey recipe - How to make Quick Paneer Chopsuey

250 gms chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp corn (makai ke dane) flour
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
a pinch of m.s.g
2 tsp cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
2 tsp oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped spring onion greens
  1. Heat the oil in wok , add the garlic, ginger and green chillies and saute on a high flame for few seconds.
  2. Add the tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chilli sauce, msg, and salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Add the cornflour paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the paneer fingers and mix well to coat in the sauce.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with the spring onion greens.
