Quick Paneer Bites recipe - How to make Quick Paneer Bites

For The Topping
100 gms paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
2 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste

For The Base
4 brown bread slices
butter for brushing
For the topping

    For the topping
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl without mashing the paneer cubes

How to proceed

  1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees celcius.
  2. Brush the bread slices with butter on both the sides.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the bread slices on one side and bake in oven on 200 degrees celcius for 15 mins.
  4. Cut into squares and serve with a sauce/chutney of your choice.
  5. You can also alternatively deep fry the bread slices
