Quick Palak Paratha recipe - How to make Quick Palak Paratha

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
3/4 cup spinach (palak) puree
2 green chillies , crushed
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic (lehsun) paste
salt to taste
oil for cooking
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.
  3. Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot.
