This Quick Mixed Vegetable Broth is really very easy and fast, but quite satiating and tasty. Just pop all the ingredients into a pressure cooker and cook. Once the steam escapes, you are ready to enjoy a comforting one-dish meal. Try other broths like the Lentil and Vegetable Broth or Paneer, Vermicelli and Mushroom Vegetable Broth .
- Heat the butter in a pressure cooker, add all the remaining ingredients and 3 cups of hot water, mix gently and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
- Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
- Serve hot.
