The un usual combination of muskmelon, orange with coconut water in the melon tango drink lends a refreshing flavour to this summer drink. This vitamin c loaded fruity beverage is best enjoyed with crushed ice and mint sprigs as garnish.

Quick Melon Tango recipe - How to make Quick Melon Tango

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 1 glass

2 cups chopped muskmelon (kharbooja)
juice of 2 oranges
2 cups coconut water
2 tsp sugar
a pinch of black salt (sanchal)
a few mint leaves (phudina) for garnishing
  1. Blend the melon in a mixer till smooth and strain.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve chilled garnished with mint leaves.
