Quick jamuns is an easy to prepare recipe for preparing the Indian dessert, gulab jamuns. Learn the trick of preparing the perfect mixture for the quick jamuns and enjoy it piping hot after meals.
- Prepare syrup with sugar and a little water.
- Add carcamom for flavor.
- Meanwhile sieve milk powd and pancake mix, add ghee and knead.
- Add only little water at a time until soft.
- Make 6 balls.
- Heat ghee on med flame.
- Fry jamuns till brown.
- Remove and place in warm syrup.
