You can use either american or indian corns. This is an easy to make recipe and a perfect recipe that can be prepared on sudden arrival of guests!

  1. Blend the corn kernels in a mixer to a coarse paste.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the garlic and green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add the corn paste and saute for a few minutes.
  5. Add the milk and cook for sometime.
  6. Add water according to your desired consistency and add the salt and pepper and mix well.
  7. Remove from the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
