1)you can add a few drops of vanilla essence for better taste.
2)you can use dark or normal chocolate according to your liking
3)you can exclude almonds or cherries if you unlike them.

cooking chocolate , ideally cadbury dairy milk or dark choclate for a bit bitter taste
100 gms fresh cream
roasted almonds (badam) (for garnishing)
cherries (for garnishing)

  1. Grate the chochlate
  2. Melt the chochlate
  3. Now add a bit of fresh cream to the melted chochlate
  4. Now beat the mixture using a beater
  5. Slowly add the remaining fresh cream and again beat the mixture till light and fluffy
  6. Arrange in serving bowls and allow it to set in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours
  7. Garnish using almonds and cherries
  8. Your chochlate mousse is ready to serve
