Quick Chaat recipe - How to make Quick Chaat

  1. Cut bread slices into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Lightly fry in the oil till toasted.
  3. Beat curds well.
  4. Add sugar and salt to taste. season with mustard seeds. when ready to serve, add the bread pieces and mix.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Serve with tamarind chutney as accompaniment.
