Mushrooms and capsicum is a novel combination and accompanied with specific masalas are sure to work wonders to our taste buds. Mushroom and capsicum fry is a tasty and colorful dish which can be served with roti or paratha.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, green chillies and ginger and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the capiscum, mushroom, chilli powder and salt and saute for 2 to 4 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and sprinkle little water and simmer for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
- Serve hot.
