Dip into this delightfully cold, refreshing blend of asparagus and cheese, pepped up with a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
- Drain the water from the tin and chop the asparagus.
- Blend together the asparagus, cheese, cream, salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate.
- Serve chilled.
