Method

  1. Heat oil in a kadai
  2. Add mustard seeds,urad dal and curryleaves fry till mustard seeds crackle
  3. Add onions and saute until golden brown
  4. Now add salt,water and turmeric powder
  5. When water starts boiling add semi mashed aloo and cook for 2 mins
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
