  1. Combine the whole wheat flour, dried fenugreek leaves and salt in a bowl, mix well and knead into a smooth dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out each dough into a circle of 5" diameter.
  3. Apply a tbsp of pickle oil and spread evenly.
  4. Fold and roll the paratha again into a circle of 5" diameter.
  5. Repeat the steps to make 3 more parathas.
  6. Heat a tava and cook each paratha using oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  7. Serve hot.
