this recipe is not mine.. but i try it mostly..

Quick & spicy corn toasts recipe - How to make Quick & spicy corn toasts


Cooking Time:    Total Time:    


1 can whole corn
1 cup milk
1 tbsp custard powder (dissolved in a little cold milk)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsps tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp chili sauce
1/4 tsp dried oregano.
4 tbsp shredded mozerella cheese..
6 slices of bread.

  1. Bring the milk to boil.
  2. Gradually add the custard mixture and stir.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Slightly toast the bread .
  5. In a baking dish line the bread slices.
  6. Spread the cooked mixture over it.
  7. Top it with shredded cheese.
  8. Grill it for 3 min in a oven..
  9. Serve hot..
