  1. Boil the dal in plenty of water till soft mash jaggery till lumps break. ix well into dal.
  2. Mix ghee, flour, add enough water to make a soft dough.
  3. Take a ball of dough, roll into a 2 round.
  4. Place same sized ball of filling in centre, life all round and seal.
  5. Reroll carefully to a round.
  6. Roast on warm griddle till golden brown.
  7. Repeat other side.
  8. Take on serving plate. apply a tsp. of ghee all over top.
  9. Shallow fry on like a paratha.
  10. Put mixture in a heavy saucepan and cook till a soft lump is formed.
