Pumpkin Pasta recipe - How to make Pumpkin Pasta

1 cup cooked pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 cup roasted and chopped pumpkin
1 cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 cup roasted and chopped capsicum
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp roasted almonds (badam) for garnish
  1. Heat the oil in a deep non stick pan and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the spinach, pumpkin and capsicum and saute for 20 seconds.
  3. Add the pasta, salt, sugar and milk, mix well and cook for 2 to 4 minutes.
  4. Serve hot garnished with almonds.
