2tbsp freshly grated coconut 4tbsp tamarind water 2tbsp ghee 3tsp sambar powder

  1. Soak the rice for 1 hour.boil the rice so that each grain of cooked rice is separate.cool.heat the ghee,add the peanuts,urad dal musturd seeds and roast for a minute. add red chillies,curry leaves and fry a few seconds.then add the tamarind water , sambar powder,jaggery and cook for 2-3 minutes.finally add cooked rice,coconut salt and mix well and
