A delightful and mint flavoured pudina rice recipe. The pudina or mint flavoured rice goes exceptionally well with a range of Indian vegetable and meat dishes. An easy and yet healthful chawal recipe, cooling pudina rice is one of our favorites.
- Cook rice separately.
- In a pan put little oil and fry chilli,onion,ginger and finely cut mint leaves.
- Now add pepper powder,salt and fry it .
- Fry the cashewnuts in little ghee and mix the cooked rice to the pudina mixture.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.serve hot with any raita.
