Very very yummy and tasty. It is a meal by itself, can be served with raita or curds or just eat it plain.
- Heat butter in a pressure-cooker add all the whole spices and saute it for few seconds on a slow flame.
- Add the mint leaves, rice, turmeric powder, salt and 2 cups hot water mix well and cook for 2 whistle.
- Serve hot.
