A glass of this Pudina Pani is as refreshing as a zesty cup of tea, but it also works wonders in curing indigestion as both mint and hot water aid in digestion. This easy recipe helps to relieve stomach ache and also cleans the digestive tract, improving overall digestive health.

Method- Combine the mint leaves and water in a deep pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
