A pleasantly mint flavoured Pudina dahi is an excellent accompaniment which can also be enjoyed as dip for snacks or spread for sandwiches.
- Mix the above ingredients except dahi and grind in mixie till it becomes a fine paste.
- Remove some water from dahi by tying it for an 1 hour.
- Afterwards add pudina paste to dahi and mix well and serve.
