Puchka Pakoda recipe - How to make Puchka Pakoda


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

  1. Take a bowl, add all chopped vegetables, paneer, red chilli garlic paste, chilli flakes, oregano herbs, salt, black salt, tomato sauce, bundi, crushed pudhina and cheese cube and mix well.
  2. Fill the goll gappa with this above stuffing completly then dip this golgappe into besan batteer.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry them till they turn crisp and golden brown.
  4. Serve hot.
