Protien Vitamin & Iron Omelette

It is a highly nutritious omelet for all ages specially for fussy children(n.p.-without chilli).skinned green gram dal & sprouted mung are highly rich in proteins & provide ample fibre.onion,ginger & garlic have anti-oxidant properties. spinach & coriander gives us iron.carrots capsicum & cucumber provides beta-carotene,minerals & vitamins.
- Wash & soak the skinned green gram dal for 2 hrs & grind to a course batter with as little water as possible.
- Soak mung overnight & tie in a muslin cloth for 8-9 hrs or till sprouted.
- Mix all the ingredient to make a semi-solid batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan & spread a thin omelette & fry both the sides wih oil till brown & crisp.
- Serve hot with chutney.
