1/3 cup broken almonds (badam) or cashewnuts (kaju) or peanut
1/2 cup sugar

  1. Melt the sugar in a heavy saucepan on a slow flame.
  2. Add the nuts and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture on a tin and allow to cool.
  4. Powder coarsely and store in an air-tight jar.
