Power Pack Frutti Tutti Rice is healthy. It is packed with the goodness of fruits and sprouts and also tastes great. A healthy way to add nutrition in your diet.
- Heat oil in a broad non- stick pan, add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle add asafoetida, peanuts, bay leaves, chillies and sprouts, mix well.
- Add salt, garam masala, sugar and lemon juice, mix well. Add the rice and mix again.
- Now add the apples, pineapple, pomegranate, coconut, coriander and curry leaves, stir to mix.
- Serve hot.
