While the focus is on the dill, the lemon juice plays a very important role in the dressing, providing a welcome tang to the Potato and Peas Salad, making it a perfect summer fare!
Potato and Peas Salad, a bowl of Cream Of Broccoli Soup and Garlic Bread makes a hearty mini meal.
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for ½ hour. Keep aside.
- Combine the potatoes, green peas and dressing in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Serve chilled.
