Ingredients

4 bread slices
1 egg (hard boiled and peeled)
1 large potato, boiled
Green Chutney
salt to taste
black peppercorns (kalimirch)
2 tbsp mayonnaise (just to bind)
few drops of tabasco sauce (optional)
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
Method

  1. Mash the potato and the egg
  2. Add salt, pepper,cumin powder and mix well.add the tabasco sauce(or any hot sauce)
  3. Add 2tbsps of green chutney or more if desired and mix in well. add the mayonnaise so that it binds.
  4. Spread this mixture on the bread slices and put in the sandwich maker or u can toast the bread slices and spread the mixture and eat.

For the green chutney:

  1. Grind 1/2 a bunch of coriander leaves,3-4 green chillies,4 tbsps of split dalia,salt to a fine paste.
