An unique variation to the South Indian favorite uttapa, Potato utappa is prepared by spreading mixture containing grated potatoes. Relish with coconut chutney
- Peal potatoes and grate it
- Add salt to taste green chillie paste and put ghee in a frying pan
- Put grated potatoes on it and spread it evenly in the pan cook on both the sides
- Serve hot
