A versatile potato sandwich with boiled potatoes as filling. Serve the potato sandwich with cheese as topping and ketchup as accompaniment.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan
- Add the mustard and urad dal.
- When they crackle add all the other ingredients along with little water and cook on a medium flame till all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Toast the bread slices.
- Apply butter on them and put the filling on half the bread slices and cover the sandwich with another piece of bread.
- Serve immediately.
