Ingredients
1 1/4 cups boiled and peeled baby potatoes , halved
1/2 cup sliced capsicum
1 cup iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise and cheese dressing
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

For The Garlic Croutons
1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 tbsp melted butter
4 bread slices
Method

  1. Combine the butter and garlic paste in a bowl and mix very well.
  2. Place the bread slices on a baking tray, spread little of the butter-garlic mixture evenly over it. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 ºc (400ºf) for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Place the bread slices on a clean, dry surface and cut each toasted garlic slice into 6 equal cubes. Keep aside.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well using two spoons.
  2. Add the garlic croutons and toss gently using two spoons.
  3. Serve immediately.

This recipe requires handful of ingredients that are easily available at home. Not only my kids love it but, also my husband and in laws enjoy eating it a lot.
