Potato Khorma - Moglai Style recipe - How to make Potato Khorma - Moglai Style
Preparation Time: 20 mts Cooking Time: 30mts Total Time:
- Boil & peel the potatoes. if large one cut into fairly big pieces. shallow fry and keep aside.
- Take oil in a tawa, ad the onion saute till it becomes soft, add to it the bayleaves, g.chillies and the grounded masala with salt and turmeric, cook for sometime till the raw smell goes.
- Now add the powdered masala to it with little water and cook. add the milk with saffron and beat the curds with the sugar and cook on low flame, until gravy is formed.
- Remove from fire and garnish with fried nuts, corainder leaves and cream.
