The potato crunch are a simple crispy fried potato recipe which are favorite among kids and adults alike. The boiled potatoes are halves , deep fried and then served with Maggi seasoning sprinkled over them. A crunchy and easy snack recipe loved by all.
- halve the boiled potatoes and fry them lightly.
- Punch the hot potato halves on the flat side with finers
- or a flat spoon and fry them again till golden brown.
- Sprinkle hot fried potatoes with crumbled maggi super
- Serve hot.
