Adding a little rice flour to the hands while making balls makes the balls not stick to the hands.
- Mix the rice with all ingredients except the oil.
- Make small lemon sized balls loosely with hands.
- Deep fry in hot oil. remove when the balls turn light golden.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or tamarind chutney.
