Adding a little rice flour to the hands while making balls makes the balls not stick to the hands.

  1. Mix the rice with all ingredients except the oil.
  2. Make small lemon sized balls loosely with hands.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil. remove when the balls turn light golden.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce or tamarind chutney.
