Hot and tasty vadas made with poha and other ingredients like onions and other spices and herbs.
- Soak the moong dal in cold water for 1 hour.
- Wash the poha (riceflakes) and leave to drain for 10 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, shape into medium size balls and flatten them.
- Heat the oil. Fry the vadas and cook until golden brown.
