4-5 fistfuls poha, tadka, curry leaves, 2 small onions, 2 potatoes, 2 chillies, lemon juice, 2 tbls oil

  1. Heat the oil in a kadai. add mustard seeds. after they crackle, add haldi powder, aesofitida, chillies and curry leaves. add onion and fry lightly. add potato pieces. cover with a plate till potatoes are well cooked. sprinkle water on poha till it becomes soft, and add it in the kadai. mix well, add salt and a pinch of sugar. cover till it steams w
