You may use chili flakes and grated ginger in place of the ginger-green chili paste.
the carrot and cucumber could be chopped fine instead of grating if you prefer.
a low-calorie breakfast food or any-time snack.
- Soak the peanuts for a couple of hours.
- Wash and drain the poha and keep until the poha is soft and swells up.
- Add all the ingredients to the poha and toss until well mixed.
