Tasty cutlets made with beaten wheat(poha) with a mix of other veggies and spices and pan fried.

Method

  1. Soak poha for 5 mins in sufficient water.
  2. In a man heat oil add cumin and mustard seeds.
  3. When they begin to pop add the onions, maida and roast for 2-4 mins.
  4. Add red chiily powder,haldi,green chilly and mix well by stiring it.
  5. Transfer mixture in a bowl.
  6. Add poha, mashed potatoes, salt, dhania,nuts and lemon juice...mix well.
  7. Divide mixture into small portions shape each into a cutlet.
  8. Deep fry cutlets untill golden brown.
  9. Drain excess oil.
  10. Serve hot with ketcup or green chutney.
