Add the fruits to poha custard to increase its nutritive value, flavour, texture and appearance.
- Heat the ghee in a deep pan, add the carrots, milk, sugar and beaten rice, mix well and bring to boil.
- Add the corn flour mixture, while stirring continuously, making sure the mixture does not becomes too thick.
- Add the bananas and remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Serve immediately garnished with pistachios.
