Add 1 tsp of ghee in the rice while cooking the rice , each riceepearated from each other after its cooked
- Fry half the qty ofonion green chillies and curry leaves in one tea spoon oil and add keep aside
- Add grated coconut , mint leaves and kothamri , dal chini , laung and make fine paste in the mixie
- Take a pan , add remaining oil , add jeera and fry the other half onions and put the paste into it
- Fry them well
- Add cooked rice and salt and pepper to taste
