Method

  1. Fry half the qty ofonion green chillies and curry leaves in one tea spoon oil and add keep aside
  2. Add grated coconut , mint leaves and kothamri , dal chini , laung and make fine paste in the mixie
  3. Take a pan , add remaining oil , add jeera and fry the other half onions and put the paste into it
  4. Fry them well
  5. Add cooked rice and salt and pepper to taste
