Ingredients

For The Dough
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for rolling

For The Stuffing
1 tsp oil
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup chopped and boiled mixed vegetables
1 small tomato , chopped
50 gms paneer (cottage cheese) , cut into cubes
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
salt to taste
Method
For the dough

    For the dough
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, add enough water and knead into a soft dough and keep aside.

  1. Heat oil in kadhai, add the onions and saute till pink.
  2. Add the vegetables,salt,tomatoes,paneer ,chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well.
  3. Remove from the flame and add spring onions and mix well and keep aside.

  1. Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into a circle of 4" diameter for 1" thickness.
  2. Roast these rotis on a hot tawa till it puffs up.
  3. Take these puffed rotis and cut to halves.
  4. Fill in the prepared stuffing in the pocket formed in the roti.
  5. Serve immediately.
