plum(aloo bukhara) 50gm
ginger juice 1tbsp
jeera roasted powder 1tsp
salt to taste
black pepper 1tsp
sugar or gur 2-3 tbsp

  1. 1. dip aloo bukhara in hot water for 1\2 hour
  2. 2.mash aloobukhara and squeez juice
  3. 3.mix juice of ginger
  4. 4.mi roasted jeera powder
  5. 5.mix salt
  6. 6.mix pepper
  7. 7.mix gur or sugar and cook
  8. 8. when done thick sticky remove from fire
