Pinwheel Roti Rolls recipe - How to make Pinwheel Roti Rolls

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

7 rotis
to be mixed for the spread
1 cup mashed paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp chopped canned pineapple
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp chopped basil
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
  1. Place a roti in plate.
  2. On each roti spread little tomato puree evenly floowed by paneer mixture evenly and roll it tightly.
  3. Cut 1" slices and arrange it in a tiffin.
  4. Grate some cheese over the wheels and pack it with honey or plain khajur pulp.
