Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1 tsp chopped onions
1 (20 ounce) tin canned crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup lightly roasted and crushed walnuts (akhrot) or cashewnuts or peanuts
Method

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, and crushed pineapple.
  2. Divide the mixture in half and form two balls out of the mixture. roll each ball in the nuts. chill until ready to serve.
