Ingredients
1 cup roughly chopped wheat grass
6 1/2 cups roughly chopped pineapple
6 to 8 sprigs of mint
3/4 cup crushed ice

    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Strain the juice using a strainer, mix well and pour into 4 individual glasses. Serve chilled.
