2 cups chopped pineapple
1 cup chopped bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
water as required
  1. Combine all the ingredients for juice in a mixture grinder. Churn well and sieve. Add water as per consistency desired. Serve fresh or refrigerate it for a while and serve.
