  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add vermicelli and saute till it turns golden brown. Keep aside.
  2. Bring the milk to boil in a heavy bottomed pan, add the fried vermicelli, pistachios and saffron strands, mix well and cook until the vermicelli turns soft.
  3. Add the sugar, pineapple pulp and cook until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  4. Serve hot or chilled.
