Bottles should be kept boiling till syrup ready and bottled
- Mix juice of pineapple and sugar
- Boil it ,clear foth
- Boil till syrup is sticky
- Close fire
- Add diluted sodium benzoite in syrup
- Add color and essence
- Bottle syrup hot in boiling bottle
