  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and saute for 10 seconds.
  3. Add the pineapple, chilli powder and salt and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Remove from the flame, cool, add the lemon juice, mix well and store in an air-tight container
