1 cup chilled and roughly chopped pineapple
5 tbsp chilled , peeled , deseeded and roughly chopped papaya
1/4 cup curds (dahi) mixed with chilled 1/4 cup full-fat milk
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup ice-cubes
  1. Combine the curds-milk mixture, pineapple, papaya, sugar and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.

When I saw this smoothie recipe I was thinking how this would taste...But when I made it, it was amazing..the combination of pineapple and papaya with curds and milk was great....
